Middle School Day Camp & Youth Day Camp Schedule-June 17th-19th
REGISTRATION ~ Monday, June 17th

For 1st Day Check-In: Park in the Peavine Parking Deck 2 on Eagle Row (the gates will be lifted for you and if they are not, identify yourself as a Camp parent and they will raise the gates for you.) Then walk up the hill and enter the west end of the Woodruff Physical Education Center. Do not park in the Pay lot, Peavine is free for registration.
Directions to the Peavine Parking Deck for Check-In:
From the south or north: on I-85, take the Clairmont Road exit. Turn east on Clairmont towards Decatur and follow it approximately 3 miles to North Decatur Road. Turn right and follow North Decatur approximately one mile to the Emory campus. Turn Right on Clifton Road and go past the Emory Hospital. Make a left on to Asbury Circle (it will be Haygood going right) follow Asbury Circle to the 2nd stop sign and go to the right when you hit the fork in the road that is Eagle Row. Go approximately ¼ mile and at your 2nd stop sign will be the Peavine Deck that you can park in. The gate will be open or the parking supervisor will open it for you. The Woodruff Physical Education Building will be on left across the street from the Peavine Parking Deck.
From the east or west: Via I-20, take the Moreland Avenue North exit. Turn north on Moreland and follow it approximately 3 miles, at which point it becomes Briarcliff Road. Continue straight on Briarcliff approximately 2 miles to North Decatur Road. Turn east (right) and follow North Decatur two approximately 1.5 miles and make a left on Clifton Road and go past the Emory Hospital. Make a left on to Asbury Circle (it will be Haygood going right) follow Asbury Circle to the 2nd stop sign and go to the right when you hit the fork in the road that is Eagle Row. Go approximately ¼ mile and at your 2nd stop sign will be the Peavine Deck that you can park in. The gate will be open ore the Parking supervisor will open the gate for you. The Woodruff Physical Education Building will be on left across the street from the Peavine Parking Deck.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT-PLEASE READ!
Pick-up and Drop Off after the 1st Check-In Will be at the South Entrance behind the track (map attached.) This is a change from previous years.
Because of the high traffic volume at 9am and 4pm for all the sports camps, we have moved our drop-off and pick-up location to the SOUTH ENTRANCE to make it easier for you.
Follow the directions above but pass the Peavine Parking deck and proceed down Eagle Row, make a left on to Dickey Drive and then go through 1 roundabout and you will see the South Entrance near the loading dock. We will have signs that direct you there. Once again, please see the map attached.
What to bring:
1. Athletic shoes, they can be any type of shoe for indoor sports
2. Knee pads, recommend ASICS, they can be purchased at most sporting goods stores.
3. Water bottle
LUNCH
Lunch will be provided and will be supervised at the Dobbs Student Center Cafeteria. An outstanding all you can eat buffet style dining experience.
CHECK-OUT ~Wednesday, June 19th at 4pm.
Parents are invited to come watch camp at any time. The Peavine Parking Deck will open at 3:30 or can you park in the Visitors Pay lot at the bottom of Eagle Row.

9:30-11:45: Welcome and Session 1
11:45-1:00: Supervised Lunch in Dobbs student Center Cafeteria
1-1:30: Free play and Instruction in the Woodruff Arena
1:30-3:30: Session 2
3:30-4:00: Fun Competitions for Prizes on Fourth Floor of Woodruff PE Center
4:00 pm: Depart from South end of the Woodruff Physical Education Building
Tuesday, June 18th:
8:45-9am: Dropped off at the South end of the Woodruff Physical Education Building
9:00-11:30am: Session 3
11:30-12:30: Supervised Lunch in the Dobbs Student Center Cafeteria
12:30-1:45: Free play, open instruction and Movie shown in Arena Lounge
1:45-4pm: Session 4
4:00 pm: Depart from South end of the Woodruff Physical Education Building
Wednesday, June 19th:
8:45-9am: Dropped off at the South end of the Woodruff Physical Education Building
9:00-11:30am: Session 5
11:30-12:30: Supervised Lunch in the Dobbs Student Center Cafeteria
12:30-1:30: Free play, open instruction and Movie shown in Arena Lounge
1:30-3:45pm: Session 6-Camp Tournament
3:45: Closing Statements
4:00 pm: Depart from South end of the Woodruff Physical Education Building
